• مندلMendel: من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← الإعدادات ← «حذف حسابي نهائياً».In the app: Profile → Settings → “Delete my account permanently”.
• مُعين المعلّمMoeen Teacher: من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← «حذف حسابي نهائياً». الحساب مشترك مع «مندل» ويُحذف من التطبيقين.In the app: Account → “Delete my account permanently”. The account is shared with Mendel and is removed from both.
• طبيب النباتPlant Doctor: من «حسابي» ← «احذف بياناتي نهائياً». ولحذف عدّاد الفحوص وحالة الاشتراك راسلنا وسنحذفها خلال 30 يوماً.Account → “Permanently delete my data”. To also remove the scan counter and subscription status, email us and we will delete them within 30 days.
• صحتينSehtein: من «حسابي» ← «امسح كل بياناتي». ولحذف عدّاد التحليلات وحالة الاشتراك راسلنا وسنحذفها خلال 30 يوماً.My Account → “Erase all my data”. To also remove the analysis counter and subscription status, email us and we will delete them within 30 days.
• دواياDawaya: المزيد ← الإعدادات ← «مسح كل البيانات من هذا الهاتف». بياناتك محفوظة على هاتفك أصلاً.More → Settings → “Erase all data from this phone”. Your data is stored on your phone in the first place.

• على الآيفون والآيباد: الإعدادات ← اسمك ← الاشتراكات، ثم اختر التطبيق واضغط «إلغاء الاشتراك».On iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose the app and tap Cancel Subscription.
• على أندرويد: متجر Google Play ← صورة حسابك ← المدفوعات والاشتراكات ← الاشتراكات.On Android: Google Play → your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
• ألغِ قبل نهاية المدة الحالية بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل حتى لا يتجدد. يبقى الاشتراك مفعّلاً حتى نهاية المدة المدفوعة.Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends so it does not renew. The subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.

سجّل الدخول في المتجر بالحساب نفسه الذي اشتركت به، ثم افتح «حسابي» داخل التطبيق واضغط «استعادة المشتريات».Sign in to the store with the same account you subscribed with, then open Account in the app and tap Restore purchases.
