We respect your privacy and collect as little data as possible. The app is developed by Hany Tawfiq as part of Eltawfiq, LLC.
البيانات التي نجمعهاData we collect
- بيانات الحساب: الاسم والبريد الإلكتروني من حساب Google أو Apple أو البريد الذي تسجّل به (يمكنك إخفاء بريدك عند الدخول بحساب Apple).Account data: your name and email from Google, Apple or the email you sign up with (you can hide your email when signing in with Apple).
- بياناتك في التطبيق: اسمك واسم مدرستك والعام الدراسي (لترويسة المستندات)، والمستندات التي تُعدّها وتحفظها، وبنك أسئلتك.Your app data: your name, school name and school year (for document headers), the documents you prepare and save, and your question bank.
- الفصول والدرجات: أسماء الطلاب ودرجاتهم وسجل الحضور والمشاركة التي تُدخلها أنت. هذه البيانات خاصة بك ولا يراها غيرك.Classes and marks: the student names, marks, attendance and participation records you enter yourself. This data is private to you.
- الأدلة والشواهد: الملاحظات التي تكتبها للتقارير، والصور التي تختار إضافتها إليها (تُحفظ مصغّرة في حسابك فقط ولا تُرسل إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي).Evidence notes: the notes you write for reports and any photos you choose to attach (saved as thumbnails in your account only and never sent to the AI).
- التصحيح الفوري بورقة التظليل: تُقرأ الورقة داخل جهازك مباشرة دون إرسالها لأي خدمة، ونحفظ الإجابات المقروءة والدرجة وصورة مصغّرة للورقة في حسابك للمراجعة.Instant bubble-sheet grading: the sheet is read on your device without being sent to any service; we save the detected answers, the score and a thumbnail of the sheet in your account for review.
- صور أوراق الإجابة: تُرسل إلى نموذج Gemini من Google لتصحيحها فقط، ولا نخزّن الصور. نحفظ نتيجة التصحيح فقط إذا اخترت حفظها.Answer-sheet photos: sent to Google's Gemini model for grading only; we do not store the photos. We save the grading result only if you choose to.
- رسائل «راسل المطوّر»: نص رسالتك، والصورة إن أرفقتها، ونوع جهازك ونسخة التطبيق، لفهم المشكلة والرد عليك.“Message the developer”: your message, any image you attach, your device type and app version, so we can understand the problem and reply.
- الأنشطة على موبايلات الطلاب: عند مشاركة نشاط برمز تُنشر نسخة من محتوى النشاط فقط (دون بياناتك أو فصولك). يكتب الطالب اسمه فقط، وتُحفظ نتيجته ليراها المعلم وزملاؤه في الترتيب. تُحذف هذه النسخة ونتائجها عند حذف النشاط أو الحساب.Activities on students' phones: when you share an activity with a code, only a copy of the activity content is published (without your data or classes). Students enter only their name, and their result is saved for the teacher and classmates' leaderboard. The copy and results are deleted when you delete the activity or your account.
- صندوق أدوات المعلم: ما تكتبه في حقول الأداة (والنصوص التي تلصقها وروابط فيديوهات يوتيوب العامة) يُرسل إلى نموذج Gemini لإعداد المستند فقط، ويُحفظ المستند الناتج في حسابك.Teacher toolbox: what you type into a tool (including pasted text and public YouTube links) is sent to Gemini only to prepare the document, and the resulting document is saved in your account.
- مكتبة المعلمين: عندما تشارك مادة تظهر لمعلمي مُعين مع اسمك، ويمكنك حذفها في أي وقت، وتُحذف مع حذف حسابك. لا نسمح بمشاركة الأدوات التي قد تحتوي أسماء طلاب.Teachers' library: material you choose to share is shown to other Moeen teachers with your name; you can remove it at any time and it is deleted with your account. Tools that may contain student names cannot be shared.
- جدول حصصي: يُحفظ جدولك في حسابك، والتذكيرات تُضبط على جهازك نفسه، ولا نرسل جدولك لأي جهة.My timetable: your timetable is saved in your account; reminders are scheduled on your own device and your timetable is never sent to anyone.
- اشتراك «مُعين بلس»: الدفع يتم بالكامل عبر Apple أو Google Play ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك. نستخدم RevenueCat لمعرفة حالة الاشتراك فقط، ونرسل لها معرّفاً عشوائياً لحسابك دون اسمك أو بريدك.Moeen Plus subscription: payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google Play; we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat only to know your subscription status, sending it a random account ID without your name or email.
- دعوة الزملاء: نحفظ أن الحساب انضم برمز زميل، وعدد من انضموا برمزك، لاحتساب العمليات الإضافية فقط.Inviting colleagues: we record that an account joined with a colleague's code and how many joined with yours, only to award extra uses.

مشاركة البياناتData sharing
تُحفظ البيانات على خدمات Google Firebase، وتُعالَج طلبات الذكاء الاصطناعي عبر Google Gemini. لا توجد إعلانات، ولا نبيع بياناتك ولا نشاركها مع أي جهة أخرى. المستندات والدرجات خاصة بحسابك.Data is stored on Google Firebase and AI requests are processed by Google Gemini. There are no ads, and we never sell or share your data with anyone else. Documents and marks are private to your account.
بيانات الطلابStudent data
التطبيق موجّه للمعلمين (18 سنة فأكثر). أسماء الطلاب ودرجاتهم يُدخلها المعلم بنفسه لاستخدامه المهني، وتبقى خاصة به، ويمكنه حذفها في أي وقت.The app is intended for teachers (18+). Student names and marks are entered by the teacher for professional use, remain private to them, and can be deleted at any time.
حذف بياناتكDeleting your data
يمكنك حذف أي مستند أو فصل أو سؤال في أي وقت، وحذف حسابك وكل بياناتك نهائياً من داخل التطبيق: حسابي ← حذف حسابي نهائياً. الحساب مشترك مع تطبيق «مندل»، وحذفه يحذفه من التطبيقين.You can delete any document, class or question at any time, and delete your account and all data inside the app: Account → Delete my account permanently. The account is shared with the Mendel app, so deleting it removes it from both.
الأمانSecurity
الاتصال مشفّر، وقواعد الحماية تمنع أي مستخدم من قراءة بيانات غيره.Connections are encrypted and security rules prevent any user from reading another user's data.
